Please help me understand...
 
if my activities say that I burned 1974 calories and lifestyle I burned 1074 calories and I ate 1991 calories today...does that mean I have over a 1000 calorie deficit?? Or am I eating too many calories?

Note: Of the activities...it includes 7 hours of sleeping and 7 hours of sitting at my desk. Should I be counting that?

yes, that means you are 1057 cals deficient. I always log my sleep.
