Smile Im excited

HI I AM NEW TO THIS SITE..I AM EXCITED I NEED TO LOSE 130 POUNDS. Over the years I had kids and just gained and gained never putting myself first.This is the first time i have a grip on my mindset to do this. It will be a year long road, sticking to it every day never veering. It has to be a new mindset if i am to suceed

Jacqueline, welcome to FitDay and the forums.

If you stick with FitDay you'll have no problem dropping those pounds in no time. I've gotten rid of 175 or so since last May (131 documented since last June 19) so make your plan, drink some water and do some exercise.

If you have any questions or need help, just ask.

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
