Default I hope to become a "loser" like other Fitday members

Hi all,

I am new to Fitday I am still finding my way around, getting there slowly.

I have been tracking what I eat, and am surprised at the amount I have been eating before finding Fitday.

No wonder I was putting on weight, I am more calorie aware.

I live in between Spain and the UK, and look forward to reading all your tips and success stories.

Happy slimming girls, hoping that we can all become "losers".

I need to lose about 20 pounds.

I've found that if you have to enter all the food you eat, it sure cuts down on it, and helps to change your choices as well!

It is a lot less daunting once you get used to keying it all in!
