Hello everyone, im Lisa

i used to go to weight watchers but couldnt afford gym membership and paying for ww, ive tried keeping on top of my weight but since christmas a stone has crept back on.

im hoping with the help of the tools on this website i will be able to get back on track.

This is great (and very affordable) site. Good luck and congrats for getting on top of that stone before it turns in to 3 or 4.

Hey, Lisa! Welcome! FitDay is a terrific site, and it can give you so many different kinds of feedback, it's really like having your own cheering section. (And it will never tell you, "Oh, don't be silly! You can have half a pepperoni pizza just this once." Bet your friends will, though!) I love the graphs, esp. the weight loss over time and the information on percentages of carbs/protein/fat. And the journal, which can help you over some rough patches. And of course the Discussion Boards. FitDay will always tell you what you're doing right! If you need encouragement, stop in and say so, and I'll bet somebody will be here to support you. I never tried WW, mainly because I'm not a joiner...but also because I'm cheap. Anyhow, welcome and let us know how it's going for ya!
