Default Cross-border trip to Germany – here’s how it really went

I had to travel from Lviv to Frankfurt this spring and wasn’t sure what to expect from long-distance bus services. After reading a few local recommendations, I went with https://euro-travel.com.ua/ and honestly, it was a solid choice. Their buses to Germany leave regularly, and they were really responsive over the phone. I got picked up at the bus station on time, no delays. The vehicle was a Mercedes with comfortable seating, seatbelts, A/C and working power sockets which really helped since my phone was nearly dead. What stood out the most was how organized everything was at the border – the drivers explained what papers to show, helped people with questions, and kept us calm during the checks. We had breaks every 3–4 hours, and they even handed out small bottles of water. Price was reasonable too, especially for the level of service. I’d recommend them if you want something reliable and not chaotic like some of the other services I tried years ago.

Traveling with kids means you need reliable internet at all times—for maps, entertainment, and translations. On our last family vacation to Italy, we used an eSIM supported phones https://yesim.app/compatible-devices/ and it was fantastic. I was able to get it working before we even boarded the plane. No lines, no wasted time, and I didn’t have to explain anything in Italian at a local shop. It really helped simplify our travel logistics.
