Default newbie here


I just wanted to drop in and introduce myself. I'm a 47 year old mother of two boys, and I have 120 lbs to lose. I've been dieting since I was 13, and have watched my weight go up and up and up. It's time to reverse that trend.

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
