I'm on my third day and it's going better than I expected! Nothing can detour me from my goal right now. I want to lose 100 lbs in 6 months. I'm 46 and I have a 4 year old son. He has been such a joy and blessing for me, but at 311lbs, I'm not being the best mom I can to him. We only have eachother, so it's imperative I get fit and healthy.

Yes, my plan is being here. Logging everything I eat, staying around 1200 calories and incorporating 1 hr exercise a day along with greentea, omega 3, and multivitamin supplements. No "cheat days", that would just be cheating myself and my son. I'm more determined than ever.
