- Warm-up (5-10 minutes): Start with dynamic stretches Snapchat planets or a light cardio warm-up like jogging or jumping jacks to get your blood flowing and muscles loosened up.
- Circuit Training (30-45 minutes):
- Jump Squats: 3 sets of 15 reps
- Push-ups: 3 sets of 12 reps
- Dumbbell Lunges: 3 sets of 12 reps per leg
- Bent-over Rows: 3 sets of 12 reps
- Plank: Hold for 30-60 seconds
- Russian Twists: 3 sets of 15 reps per side
