Smile Time to get Healthy!!

Hi, I'm new to Fitday! I decided that 2011 was my year to turn things around and start getting healthy. There is a history of heart disease and stroke in my family and I'm heading down that same road. I have struggled with weight my entire life and I know that a lot of it comes from stuffing down my feelings/hurt, well NO MORE! It's time for me to get healthy physically, emotionally and spiritually! I'm sure that I'll need help along the way so I decided to go to a place where others would understand what I am going through. May God bless us all as we aim for a healthier lifestyle!!

Started Jan. 3, 2011
Start weight - 297 lbs
Goal weight - 160 lbs

hi pular 64 my name is stevani and im in the same boat. i do want to be healthier. i have a herniated disc and its really affecting my leg, especially the way i walk. my husband says i walk i frankenstien(ha ha ha). so im going to the gym to wrok out my legs and doing some streching. today i lost 2 lbs whoo hoo!!!! i started my weight loss plan a week ago so i guess im on the right track. much blessings as you go on this journey. good luck

The best exercises for weight loss are Fork Putdowns and Table Pushaways.
