alm - Desk workouts, that's for sure! I was also thinking about just walking around on my lunch break. I'm on a college campus, and actually there is a track RIGHT next door to my building. Even just half an hour of walking every day is a start while I build up my ankle for the more intense cardio
As for Health Insurance -- I have some, but it's pretty craptacular I had reconstructive surgery on my ankle about 10 years ago (when I was 17) and had physical therapy afterwards, but while I've gotten most of the flexibility back, the strength was never quite the same. I was thinking about getting a resistance band and working in some of the old ankle rotations and flexes they had me doing if the pain becomes noticeably bad.
wayne -- Garage sales are excellent, I'll keep an eye open!
