I have a question about how much calories do I eat? Is calories reduction the amount of food you can eat? Kathy

Welcome to the forum I hope your will have a great time in the forum as for as your calories question , I think you should try those amount of calories that make you fit and healthy ...

I appreciate your suggestion here. Yeah, the OP should try to eat the amount of calories that keep him fit.

You need to eat so many calories that you have a calorie deficit.
