Hi, new here
Hi to everyone out there. My goal is to lose 25 pounds, but I don't want to starve myself / do a bunch of cardio. I've been reading a lot about weight training for women and lots of experts say you can tighten up and slim down. So, I'm going to give that a try. See you all around the talks and questions.
