Hey all.
Hope you all are doing well on your journey through life.
Thanks to the results my in-laws have gotten with Keto, I figured it wouldn't hurt to try.
I had my first heart attack at 23 yo. I weighed 125 lbs, didn't smoke or drink and I was very active. I'm now 50 yo, weight 155 lbs, still don't smoke, and drink wine now and then. I'm not as active as I use to be, but I still get out there and move around, I run with our local fire department. With getting older and weighing more, it's making it harder on me.
I've tried everything, but can't stick to it for more than a few months. I believe I can do this, since I can get help and advice from my mother in law. She's a great cook and I always love her food, so she can help me get through this.
