Default Newcomer:

Hello! I am new to this fitday. Iím very excited to get going on my weight loss journey. But first let me let you on that on my paraplegic. I became a paraplegic three years ago on September 16, 2015. On February 4, 2018 I lost my mom I got to see all my family we also took pictures in there I got to see how big I was I decided with my doctors that it was time so I got the Gastro bypass surgery in June 27, 2018 iíve lost 80 pounds but I need a program to help me lose weight I am so excited canít wait thank you

Sorry that no one has responded to your initial post. It sounds as if you have been through a lot. There are lots of people here on the same journey.

Fitday can help you by giving you a place to log your food, produce reports about how you are eating, and track your weight. But the motivation part - that will come from you! Good luck, as everyone has pretty much the same challenges managing diet and appetite! Have you had any offers of help from your doctor so that a dietician can address your situation? There may be choices of foods that are better for you now that you've had your surgery, for example.
