Hey everyone, Newbie here. My name is Doug McCartney, M/B/62 from Harlem NYC. First time using Fitday. My fitness goal is simple: get to 200lbs(38in waist;10%BF).and take it from there. Right now I'm at 214lbs.; 43in. waist;13%BF. I've got a bit of a sweet tooth and I love food but I maintain a pretty good diet. At my age I just want to keep off the excess. I try to get at least a minimum of 4 Gym sessions a week but work and fam seem to always invade the gym time. As my wife always says, "that's life". Anyway, giving myself 13 weeks to reach my goal. Let's see what happens...
