Hi my name is Larry. I am from Santa Maria Ca. I had the gastric bypass procedure and have lost over 200 pounds highest weight was 365 current weight is 182 but I am starting to regain again bummer but I guess it was bound to happen. anyway I need to get this under control so I am giving this a shot. So any info would be greatly appreciated. I am also looking for new friends to help me or maybe I can help someone along on their journey as well.:)

Congratulations on where you are now, even though you feel the threat of regaining weight.

Track what you eat and be careful with judging portion size. That's the starting point. Are you checking in with your doctor?

yes I see my bariatric doctor on a regular basis I am waiting on an appointment to see a nutritionist.

Sounds good! A nutritionist could give you good advice about how to get the most flavor and nutrition for the number of calories and composition of food.
