Welcome Antonio:
I have been journaling food on Fitday since Sept. 2001 and have lost 72 lbs. over the years. Journaling your food accomplishes 2 things: 1) You finally understand what and how much you are eating which leads to integrity around you food intake (this eliminates the thinking "I never eat a thing and I keep gaining weight!" 2) You can understand how your body processes food for fuel and make healthier and more tailored food choices that work with your particular metabolism. At first I really resented journaling my food but it has become second nature and I do it in a few minutes each day. The best thing about Fitday is the "Reports" section which also helps you to understand what nutrients you need to add into your diet and where to cut back. I have about 55-60 lbs. to go to reach my goal weight of around 155 lbs. As a post-menopausal woman who is now nearly 69 years old I can say that losing weight after 50 years old is a definite struggle but it can be done. Making time to get in cardio (30 minutes per day of walking 5 days a week will help speed up your metabolism too...walk first then go eat lunch...easier on the stomach and digestion this way)

It's great that you're looking to prioritize your health and fitness, especially given the demands of a job that may involve a lot of sitting and writing. Incorporating regular exercise into your routine can have numerous benefits for both your physical and mental well-being.

If you’re wondering, can you buy ozempic from canada the answer is yes. Many people seek to purchase this medication from Canadian pharmacies due to potentially lower costs compared to their home countries. Canadian pharmacies often offer prescription medications at more affordable prices. However, it's essential to ensure that any medication purchased online is from a licensed and reputable source to avoid counterfeit products. Always consult with a healthcare provider before buying or using any medication, including Ozempic, to ensure it's appropriate for your health needs.
