Hello! I just signed up.. I am here to seek some fitness advices I am kind of an obese.
I hope I can get some and learn ways to lose weight.

Losing weight can be a daunting task. You can set a goal on fitday (a goal weight) and see what you daily calorie intake is by logging what you eat every day. The food log will tell you how many calories you eat every day - you can reduce that number by making different food choices. There is also an activity log.
