I'm going to change myself!
Hello everyone, this isn't my first experience with a nutrient tracker or something to that effect, however this will be my very first time diving into the community for one!
I've tried a few apps before for mobile, I get real hyped at first telling myself "You're doing the right thing for you, you're gonna be better for it!" and then life happens and whenever I need to enter information, it's always "Oh I'll do it later..." and then I just forget about the app or website or what have you.
That's not going to happen today, I've decided that I want to lose some weight for health reasons (stuff that runs in the family from basically everywhere) AND I want to give my Fiance something nice to look at, and right now I look like a lumpy potato standing next to her.
I'm jumping into the community here so that I have something to keep me involved, I need a friend or two around here that can pull me back in if I start slipping away.
