I am so happy to be here. I have come a long way these last 8 weeks. I am drinking more water, a lot less pop, less than a can every day. According to the scales, I have lost 10 pounds. Thanks to my weight loss class instructor, the most important thing to do is go by how you feel and less on a scale. She said, if I do the right things, the weight will come off.
i need to work on meal portions and start beginners exercises. I do my best every day, some days I don't do so well. Other days I am more focused. Overall, I have come a long way. Once again, I am so happy to be here. :) |
