Default Hi everyone, just joined!

Hey all

My name is Fiona, i am 43 and since August 1st of this year i have been trying to get myself back on track.

I recently went to a friends wedding and after seeing the photos of me, i was literally horrified. I didn't recognize myself.

In 8 years i had gone from 105 lbs to 189 lbs. (I'm 5" nothing)

Well, since August 1st i have changed my lifestyle, no giant portions at meal times, no snacking constantly, and working out 6 days a week.

Currently i have lost 27 lbs in a little over 10 ish weeks.

Already i feel better physically and mentally, and i definitely look a little better.

At my age it is much less about appearance and much more about feeling good.

I am currently on high blood pressure medication and was walking a fine line to diabetes. Even at this early stage, i have been taken off one of my blood pressure meds and am no longer in the danger zone of diabetes.

Sorry for such a long intro but i figured i would lay it all out there!

27 pounds in 10 weeks is something to be proud of! Keep up whatever it is that is helping you stay on track - it's working!
