Chasing Six Pack... achievable by anyone?
Hi!
I'm new to this forum but not so new to weight loss. I've lost considerable weight 3 years ago (26 lbs in 3 months) but since last Dec last year, I've gained about a quarter of it. I'm back to my program and am still on track to lose the weight I want (8.3kg). This time however, I'm trying to chase that much elusive holy grail of fitness - the six pack! I still believe that I can have them in the next 6-8 months, but probably I just need a few push from anyone here that indeed it's achievable even at 46. Thanks! |
You can do it. For the 'washboard abs' look, you have to have to lose the body fat. Without that, you can still have awesome abs, though.

Thanks a lot Kathy! Indeed, that's the first step - weight loss.
I'm giving myself 6 months to bring out those abs. I'll document everything that I'll do and eat and hopefully report back here some developments as regularly as possible. Thanks! |
