New Canuck
Hi all I'm a new Canadian trying this diet and exercise thing. I eat very healthy at times but consider my biggest downfall for this excess weight to be from sugar,sweets,rum& cokes,beer, which I am going to cut out of my diet when I get back home from Florida.
I am setting a goal from 240<185 ,390days from now will also promise to drink at least 64oz water a day, but will excersise ,bike and carry my golf clubs (4times a week)...:)
