Default Hello, all.

Hi there,
I'm new to this site and giving myself another chance at losing weight. I've done it before (tipping the scales at 328lbs) and I am now at 188lbs which fluctuates. I fell off my routine and have been struggling since to get back into it. Logging what I ate helped a great deal before, so here I am.
