Premium Problem

Exclamation Premium Problem

I just upgraded to Premium and my activation code doesn't work. The error message is "The was an error processing the premium code you entered." I tried to find some information on the support page but it won't accept my user name and password (but the site will). I've contacted support but haven't heard anything back yet. Is there a moderator here who can help me out? Thank you!

I just checked your account and confirmed that your upgrade was processed.

You should be able to use the premium membership.
