Hello, I am Jen from Vallejo, California and I'm a new member here. I joined this community because I want motivation for me to be able to lose a little weight. After I gave birth to my daughter last 2011 I never got back to my old weight again. At present I am not trying to go back to my pre-pregnancy body I just want to trim down a little. Hi there and welcome! Feel free to join in on the Motivation and Support board! There's a new Motivational thread that starts up every Monday where we post throughout the week. Some fitdayers make goals for the week and check in on how they are progressing with their goals. Others simply chime to give and get support and motivation. Also currently happening on the Motivation and Support board is a Canada Day/Independence Day Challenge where we are posting goals and then working to meet them by Canada Day (for our Canadian members) or Independence Day (for our US memebers). Please feel free to join in on any thread that suits you!
