Greetings All
I have used fitday with good effect in the past. I am now working toward a Philmont Trek with my daughter in June of 2015. 11 days of backpacking in mountains over 7000' in elevation when you live at 600' and work as a 61 year old "cube rat".
My goal is 20 pounds of weight and improved condition and strength. Intermediate goal is 10 pounds by end of March when we will both run a Trail Half-marathon.
I am excited, motivated and expect to succeed!
