I'm a newly sleeved and new to the form scene too. I have read many of your comments and think this is a invaluable way of learning and sharing information. I need as much information as I can cause I find this whole thing a bit overwhelming. I am in phase 2 of the diet and feel that I'm not doing anything right. I am having a hard time timing meals and fluids. I know that drinking and eating slowly is important , but I feel as tho it is consuming all of my time. Am I doing something wrong or is this the norm?

How long have you been dieting? FOr me at least, it takes about 2 weeks of dieting and exercise before I start seeing a significant change on the scale... prior to that, I feel it in my clothes. You are in phase 2 of what program?
