just started, how do i get to online help?
I would like to learn more about the software. FAQs tell me to get further info at online help. How do you get there?

When you are on your Dashboard down at the bottom of the page (scroll all the way) there is a link for support. There is more information there on the software. In fact, the first part is "What's new".
