Week goals:

1. Log everything I eat daily: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
2. Stay under 1,200 calories/day: yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
3. Push myself to walk faster: no, yes, yes, no, yes, yes, yes
4. Do daily stretches for better health and to relieve stress: yes, yes, no, yes, yes, no, yes
5. Walk with walking buddy in the evenings (my daughter): yes, no, no, no, yes, no, yes

Thank-you all for the warm welcome. On day #3. Yesterday was easier than I thought. I was aware of what I was putting in my mouth for the first time in years. And after gardening for 30 min and a 20 min walk...ugh! It will get easier, I know. Drinking 6 glasses of water instead of coffee and iced tea helped me lose my first 3.0 lbs!!! I really have to get my drive to exercise. Will look at zumba DVDs today.

Starting weight 8/17/14 - 191.5lbs
Goal weight 2/14/14 - 135lbs
Todays weigt 8/19/13 - 188.5 Yahoo!!!

Nyda - How proud are you??? What an accomplishment!
