Did pretty well yesterday although carbs would have been a little over.
FINALLY made a dent in the junk in the spare room. Cleaned out chest of drawers. One bag of recycling and one bag started of garbage.

RS, Donna, Libby,
Thanks for the advice.
Inspired by your obvious success I will incorporate some of your strategies - I made notes and shopping lists for next farmers' market.
My problem, (well, one of my problems) is that I tend to think I am already a health nut, while in fact there is always, always, always plenty of room for improvement, and you can always learn new things from people whose results prove they are doing something better!
Thanks again. Will keep you posted!

I'm here and hanging on ("by the skin of my teeth") to healthful eating. Things are nuts here with legal issues with contractors my DH is paying to work on our daughter's house. The workers are at the house and I'm awaiting legal counsel to return my phone call.
Daughter has no land line phone, is at work, and I have no way to contact DH except to drive over there in person... So I'm kind of between a rock and a hard place.
My nervous energy will probably burn a lot of calories today. LOL
Kudos to all of you who are doing well and big hugs of encouragement to those of you who are struggling.

Hope everyone had a good week. I don't see a new thread for this week, so I guess I might start one. Hope you have a less stressful week Mern. My week was great. I dropped another four pounds.
1. post on motivational forum 5 out 7 days: Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, no, Yes
2. log everything that enters my mouth daily: Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes
3. continue to work on relieving stress: No, yes, no, no, no, no, yes
4. do something physically challenging this week: Yes, climbed a tree with my son and then got scared at the top and didn't want to climb down
