Mern, Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner. I just couldn't type yesterday.
I'm sure the wedding was exquisite. Turquoise is such a great color, one I don't often see at weddings. The chair bows seem like the perfect touch. And strapless was certainly the way to go, considering the weather lately. Sounds like it was totally lovely. I'm glad you found the perfect dress. Aside from a bit of discomfort in the ladies room, it sound like you thoroughly enjoyed the event.

- Calorie Deficit (Avg) -250/day: -429, -443, -562, -101, +151, +82, +82: -174
- Vegetables > 3 /day: 2, 3, 2, 3, 1, 4, 5: 2.8 (3)
- Cholesterol < 200 mg/day: 213, 205, 186, 112, 93, 716, 269: 256
- Sugar < 40g / day: 31, 43, 39, 71, 94, 77, 43: 57
- Protein > 50g / day: 84, 64, 85, 48, 40, 65, 65: 64
- Workout > 150 min/week: 60, 10, 60, 20, 20, 0, 35: 205
And Yes, I somehow had the same calorie 'deficit' Saturday and Sunday, even if they were both a glut of calories. This week started off so strong, but only worked out to an average deficit of 174. At least it averaged to a deficit, and not an excess, I guess. The weekends are always hard for me to maintain. I also had the same Protein value Sat & Sunday, eating completely different foods, but that doesn't seem so odd, since my range of usual Protein values isn't large. And usually calorie intake varies wildly.
But I actually made half my goals, if I round the vegetable count from 2.8 to 3. About par for me, but I could have been a 'Contend'r if I didn't throw it on the weekend.

PS Mern: I got my legs 'done' about 4 years ago when the group of doctors my gyno belongs to opened a "Aesthetic center," and offered me a discount on any procedure. I was skeptical at first, but then asked a dermatologist I really trust, who wasn't part of that group of doctors, what she though about laser hair removal. She showed me her legs, said she was so happy she had it done, and hadn't heard about any issues when it is done by a Pro. It me took four sessions, spaced about 6 weeks apart, but I'll never shave again. Except occasionally my armpits. I decided not to have hair removal, um, anywhere but my legs.
