bad week

Hey all,
I've had a bad week. I've been doing low carb and I love it but my body doesn't. I've had to switch to calorie counting and I've gained three numbers on the scale. I don't know what from (water ect) but it feels horrible. I worked so hard to lose 23 lbs and not I'm almost below 20 lost. Any motivation would be great.
