How do you stay consistent when motivation disappears?

Some weeks I feel focused and ready to do everything right, but other weeks it becomes much harder to stay consistent. It’s not always a lack of knowledge — sometimes it’s just low energy, stress, or feeling mentally tired.
I’m curious how other people here handle that.
What helps you keep going when motivation drops?
Do you rely more on routine, small goals, reminders, progress tracking, or just taking things one day at a time? I’d really like to hear what works for you, especially on the days when you don’t feel like doing much at all.
