The only way to lose weight is to keep yourself in a calorie deficit, irrespective of your diet. However, maintaining strict discipline in our diet is essential because most of us tend to reduce our food intake, which results in a nutrient imbalance in the body. So, it is important to have a balanced diet rather than a reduced diet.
So check your diet, record all your food intake, and measure your raw food before consumption. You will be able to achieve your desired weight.
This happens because when you start scrutinizing your food intake, you tend to eat more healthy food and quantities just enough for your fitness.
