What to do if I miss a dose of Cephalexin 500 mg?
As soon as you recall, take your Cephalexin 500 mg dose. Take only one dose if you remember only a few hours before your next scheduled dose. Never try to make up for missed doses by taking multiple doses at the same time. This could have fatal health consequences.
