One of the best ways to detox your body from mold is to drink plenty of water. Water will help to flush out the toxins from your system and keep you hydrated. You should also avoid sugary drinks and caffeine, as they can dehydrate you and make the mold detox process more difficult. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables, as they will help to boost your immune system and fight off mold. Finally, make sure to get plenty of rest and exercise, as both of these will help your body to heal and recover from mold exposure.

While cleaning up after significant water damage, for example, it's best to avoid inhaling a lot of molds to be safe. Rarely, some individuals may require medical attention as a result of mold exposure. Yet, there is no proof that "detoxing" from mold is required or efficient.
