Have you set up your weight goal? Are you using FitDay Classic or Fitday2?
It can be confusing to figure that out but I'll try to explain. If you're on the food tracker side (which is where you'll be when you log in... BEFORE clicking on the forums tab), If at the top it says FitDay Classic, you're actually in FitDay2, that;s the button to bridge over to the Classic side (which I'm use to, but both sides are just as good, just a different layout). If you're already in classic, it'll say FitDay2. Let me know which one you're using and I'll help you set up your weight goal.
From there it'll tell you have many calories you need to eat to reach your goal. If you log your food, you'll be able to easily stay on track and hit your goal.
