Labor Day in the States: marks the end of summer! If that means respite from the sweltering heat, then this feels good.

Mindful eating, intermittent fasting, water, sun: all good. Walking: nope. Plank: done.
What is it with walking that I hate it so much? I am going to have to replace it or make it work as a habit. When you are facing a lot of tasks (mostly sedentary), it just feels like a waste of time to walk. I haven't been walking with the CD player yet. Also, the threat of mosquitoes has me looking for indoor walking (we have a community center where you can walk indoors from 12-1, so that's an option.)

Another onerous task is drinking water. But I'm not thirsty! Well, drink it anyway.

Today's my 'busy' day, so I will be racking up a lot of steps on my Garmin.

My husband's losing weight. He's on a weight loss streak recently, while I am stalled and sidelined with other projects. I'd love to figure out how to integrate all these efforts and goals. That's difficult.
