I swear, I'm going to get serious. I'm going to get back to Keto, that works for me and I'm an all or nothing kind of guy. So I have to be all in. My goals may be a little lofty this week. I'm going to set a big weight loss goal, because I know I usually drop a lot in the first week. So here goes...

It's been a while since I drank 100 ounces of water. My eyeballs were floating. I'm down 3 pounds, I'm sure most of it is water weight, I just need to keep it off for the rest of the week and build from that.

I bought a portable CD player to play CDs while I walk. Walking, to me, is bor-----ing! All I can think about is turning around and going home!

No walk, but I worked hard shoveling compost at the dump and bringing ti home to put in my garden.
I have a 'flip phone,' so: no music by phone. I do have a collection of podcasts I burned to CD and they always sound new when I listen to them!
