My goals:

1) 100 oz water per day: yes, yes, yes, no
2) average 6500 steps per day: 6468, 3657, 7124, 6238
3) no alcohol: none, none, none, none
4) lose 1 pound: (Starting weight 208.8)

I ate way ore than I should have last night, so I'm avoiding the scale. I just remembered that I am having a big crawfish boil at my house on Sunday. I'll probably inject a billion mg of sodium, so I'm doubting seriously my weigh will be down come Monday.

It's surprising how difficult it is to do just 10 minutes of exercise!
