HI EVERYONE!

I had a pretty good day yesterday, except I never made it to the gym. I ended up having to go to the orthodontist to have my Invisalign braces adjusted because they were causing me excruciating pain. I managed to get my 10,000 steps in though! It was a long walk to the ortho's office and it was POURING rain.

Today has been really good so far. I made it to the gym and did 50 minutes of cardio and 20 minutes of strength training. I feel amazing! I'm also super happy to report that I weighed in and am down 7 pounds since January 14th when I weighed in for the first time in a long time. I am pretty stoked about this weight loss!

1. LOG FOOD EVERYDAY: YES/ YES/ YES/ YES
2. NO SWEETS 6X: YES/ YES/ YES/ YES
3. 1200-1400 CALORIES PER DAY: 1450/ 998/ 1130/ 1284
4. GYM/EXERCISE 4X: YES/ NO/ NO/ YES
5. WALK 10,000 STEPS/DAY: 6710/ 13,645/ 5180/ 10,212

Mine: Intermittent fasting,10 minutes of physical therapy (leg work for my knee), and drink more water.

Mike, the window for eating closes at 9 p.m. and I don't eat again until 1 p.m. the next day. It works well for me.

Everyone is doing so well!

Update: Iím down about 6 pounds in 2 weeks. More importantly is that my resting heart rate is getting much better!
1) 100 water per day yes, yes, ?, yes, yes, yes
2) Average 6k steps per day 7302, 5497, 7260, 4355, 6347, 8030
3) No alcohol none, none, none, none, none, none
