I just completed a week of sticking to my goal, so I'll jump in here and add a new goal for myself: 10 minutes of physical therapy on the yoga mat. I'll post tomorrow when I've completed today. I'll keep IF as a goal because it has been working for me - it opens up a lot of time when I'm not thinking about or planning meals and snacks.

3) lose 2 pounds (starting weight 219):
4) don't go MIA over the weekend:
Tori, just the 3 of us for now. Maybe is a "you build it, they will come" situation.

I'm only down 1.4 this week. I can't be mad, it's not like I've been eating clean or exercising. That just means I can't mess around over the weekend if I want to be down 2 pounds!
