hello ylik, thanks for asking. Weight loss is challenging for me, have found I do better when I'm logging into fitday and just reporting good or bad. it also helps to remember that better choices make me feel better and help me get more done in the long run.

Hey Ylik! Nice question you have raised, according to me no one will admit to weight loss being an easy task. In this to keep yourself positive in all the ups and downs I think it is great work.

Yep, logging food daily into Fitday has kept me motivated. So has fitting into clothes in the summer. Looking younger is a nice one.
