Sometimes I have trouble falling asleep. So I developed certain rituals for myself, often before going to bed I take my vitamins and drink a glass of warm water. This is what helps me to get more rest at night and really get enough sleep. Although I used to have some problems with sleep, when I could wake up up to 5 times per night and as a result feel completely out of sorts the whole next day, but with the necessary amount of information from a Canadian Pharmacy Partnership that I have learned, I can now easily manage my sleep
