Default 7 day accountability thread starting 1/23/17

I know it's been slow around here lately. My brother talked me into getting a Fitbit. Now I can track my heart rate throughout the day (which has been a big concern for me in the past), as well as my steps.

So far, 2 days in it says I'm averaging 11,000 steps a day. I forcing myself to get up and move. If anyone has a Fitbit and would like to join with me just let me know. I just started a work week challenge. Considering I work from home and am behind my desk mos of the day, I'll have to work hard to make it to the top!

My goals for the week.
DAILY:
1) 10,000 steps per day
2) 5 miles
3) 100 oz of water

I also work from home a lot. My goal is to get in an hour of exercise each day. And avoid the kitchen... Good luck.

Still on target with my meal plan yesterday and today. Exercised 85 minutes yesterday, but today only got in about 2.5 miles of walking, so looks like a double work out tomorrow.

Really busy weekend. 90 minutes studio session Friday night, but not much exercise more on the weekend. Ok with meal plan. Lost 1.5 pounds this week, which was my goal.
