Awesome weigh in this week Lisa!!! Looks like those glucomannan supps may really be working for you!

Looks like we lost most of our regular checker-inners this week although I see many have actually logged in bust just didn't chime in. What's up everyone? How was your week?

Hi all. I started logging my food again for the past few days and my weight is coming back down. There are 6 weeks left in the Spring Challenge. Lets all have a good weigh in on Monday.

Yesterday we went out to celebrate my sons 33rd birthday. I went on line to check out the menu for the restaurant that we were going to and found that steak and vegetables was a good choice calorie wise. Then I logged in to fitday and filled out my daily calories. I had enough calories left over to enjoy a slice of cake with my family. Make a plan before you go out and you will make better choices.
