I, on the other hand, am completely ashamed and disappointed in myself. I ate nothing but sugar and crap for a whole week now, and it's showing up in a much higher number. I almost avoided and didn't weigh myself again, but I knew I had to face the depressing music.

Lisa, we all have weeks like that. The most important thing is to try to be better next week. No one here is going to be perfect all the time but we have to try to do the right thing more often than not. Let both be better next week.
