I messed up really bad this week end. It was the evenings that got to me. I had some bad news on Friday night and I was eating my feelings because of it. I just need to get my head straight and carry on.

I'm marking those weigh-ins with a semicolon so I can track those fluctuating weeks. This week? it's here again. Although I did eat a lot over the weekend and probably deserve some of that gain, I know part of it is because of bloat and will go away. |
