I give up on my scale! Yesterday I weighed 207.6. This morning I got on it and it said 208.6, stepped off, got right back on and 209.6. This thing drives me nuts, so I won't report it so I don't know the correct #.

Hi Team! We're inching our way towards our 200 lbs. lost goal! Last week we were at 30%, today we're at 32% with a few more challengers to weigh in yet! Even though it seems that many are having a tough week with the scale, we've still made progress as a team! We can do this....don't give up!

Mike - Since you posted your weight only a couple days ago and you saw 208.6 lbs. again today....I'll just mark you down for 208.6 lbs. There's a great book I'm reading right now that may interest you. It's called 'Burn the Fat, Feed the Muscle'. Check it out...I think you could get a lot from it since I know you used to go to the gym...and maybe still do? It's a great read!

Okay Easter Challengers! With everyone's weigh ins today, we're at 33% of our 200 lbs. lost goal! It's a small increase from last week....but an increase none the less! Keep your goals in your focus over the next week. Let's see what kind of damage we can do together, as a team, over the next week! :cool:

You can do it Bea!!!! I'm going to do it with you! I'm a slow loser, really I am!....no wise cracks!!!.....but I pledge to lose 2 pounds!! Gulp!! Can it be done!?!?!?! Stay tuned folks!! ;) Let's kick next week's a$$ together!! :cool:

I was confident that I could lose 2 pounds a week with diet and exercise but it has not turned out that way. My body doesn't want to give up the weight. I feel like I am letting you all down and I am sorry.
